Why can’t all KFC be like this one in reading . Got what I asked for . Nice and fresh and nice pieces of chicken. Staff was so friendly. KFC CEO you should take all your managers to this restaurant and show them how to run a KFC. On reading the other reviews . It seems they have taken them on board and changed things .

Food is good, service is good too . But drive thru, is it so wrong to put some ketchup and serviettes in the bag along with my meal?!

Just what you'd expect from a KFC, staff are friendly and chatty, always someone going around tidying up, really nice to pop in here.
